    RUSH SERVICE (10 business days)
  • Expedited rush service is available for an extra service charge of $300 per order.
  • Rush orders will ship out in 10 business days from the date we receive and approve your ear impressions and/or custom art. Transit time is not included.
  • Order will ship out via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

    STANDARD SHIPPING
  • In-stock orders usually process within 24 hours.
  • Completed and paid orders will ship via our standard shipping method, unless you have selected a different FedEx shipping method.
  • Standard shipping is FedEx Ground for domestic orders and FedEx International Economy for international orders.
  • A USPS shipping option is available for accessory orders only.
  • Orders with a balance and orders with an incomplete or unverified shipping address shall be placed on hold.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are financially responsible for any local import/export fees or taxes due in connection with a purchase. All customs and declaration forms must be filled out accurately and honestly.  Please review our warranty terms applicable to international customers. NOTE: International repair shipments will also incur import duties and taxes. When shipping your in-ear monitors for repair, please fill out a Foreign Shipper’s Declaration form and send with your package. You will be charged for any fees incurred due to improper return procedure.

REPAIRS AND REFITTINGS

You will be held responsible for all shipping charges associated with your services: inbound, outbound, and where applicable, customs fees will be your responsibility.
