Warranty

WARRANTY

Empire IEMs (customs and universals) are warranted against manufacture defects in materials, components, and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the original shipping or manufacture date. Defective IEMs shall be repaired or replaced at Empire’s discretion.

LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Universal IEMs: 12 months
  • Custom IEMs: 12 months
  • B-stock IEMs: 6 months

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Cables and accessories
  • Clearance products
  • Customization upgrades
  • Damages due to accident, abuse, misuse, improper storage, negligence, water exposure, or improper use
  • Ear wax or moisture issues
  • Problems or damages due to using after-market cables
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss and damage
  • Shipping charges

 

VOIDING WARRANTY

Tampering with your Empire IEM (custom and universal), including repairs, modification, or disassembly, as well as any attempts to repair or disassemble by you or any person or company other than Empire, will automatically void all warranties.

CIEM FIT WARRANTY

This limited fit remake warranty period covers 60 days from the original shipping or manufacture date. Empire shall remake your custom IEM up to two times within the fit warranty period to resolve any fit issues you may have. Empire may require you to send in new impressions to remake your IEMs.

Remake issues covered under this warranty include the following:

  • IEM is too tight or too loose
  • Poor seal
  • Canal is too long or too short
  • Uncomfortable or painful to wear
  • Overall fit problems

 

This remake warranty does not cover the following:

  • In and outbound shipping costs
  • Damage due to mishandling, usage, or storage
  • Color or customization changes
  • Remake requests because you don’t like the customization or IEM

 

B-STOCK UNIVERSAL IN-EARS

Empire B-Stock Universal IEMS are warranted against manufacture defects in materials and components for a period of 6-month from the original shipping or manufacture date. Defective IEMs shall be repaired or replaced at Empire’s discretion. This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic defects. B-stocks are sold at discounted prices due to minor cosmetic defects or imperfections. Examples of such defects include but are not limited to bubbles, blemishes, minor scratches or marks, imperfect logos.

CLEARANCE

All clearance products are Final Sales: no warranty, refund or returns.

LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY

Empire warrants all repairs for 90 days. This warranty covers only the work performed.
